WrestleMania 32 was a few weeks ago and the fallout from the biggest event on the WWE calendar has been interesting to say the very least.

The Undertaker defeated Shane McMahon in a Hell in a Cell match to ensure that control of Monday Night Raw stayed in the hands of Vince McMahon, who has just decided to let Shane run RAW anyway for the past few weeks.

And then there is Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, who haven’t been seen at all since Hunter lost the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Roman Reigns. However, that won’t be the case for long.

According to a report from Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, The Game will be making his return to regular WWE television in the not too distant future.

Look for Triple H to return at the start of May, Meltzer has apparently said, via NoDQ.com.

Apparently, when Hunter does return it will be with Stephanie McMahon by his side as they look to take down Shane McMahon.

Judging from this, it seems simple to infer that Shane is going to be still running Monday Night RAW – allowed to by Vince McMahon – with The Authority coming back to try and oust him from power and get it back for themselves.

This should all result in a match at SummerSlam – or maybe even earlier depending on if creative plans change – that will include some sort of “Loser Leaves Town” or “retirement match” angle added to it.

Triple H has been saying in interviews recently that he has been considering retiring from in-ring work in the near future, stating that appearing out on stage on Monday Night RAW and getting in the ring makes his actual job behind the scenes a lot more difficult.

The WWE has been so much better with Shane in charge and we need to see the back of The Authority for good. While it might take a while for the storyline to play out, Shane seeing off Triple H and Stephanie will be so much better in the long run.
